Glowing skin is what is all about this year! All of the beauty magazines say that its all about the “dewy” look, no more heavy contouring. Natural is beautiful! Start the new year right by making sure you do these 6 EASY things everyday so that your skin is healthy and glowing!
Drink TONS of water! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It’s the most important thing for your body and it keeps your skin looking full and breakout free!
Take your make up off every night. Ladies, going to sleep with you make up on is a big “no-no”. Repeat after us, “I will never sleep with my make up on” OR ELSE and trust us, finding out what that “or else” is, is so not fun. (MAJOR breakouts!)
Cleanse. Wash your face day and night, you want to get all that junk and build up from the day off your skin! What type of cleanser you use depends on your skin type, everyone knows themselves the best so do a little research first before you try any one.
Moisturize, day and night. Super important, drinking water isn’t the only thing you have to do to keep your skin extra hydrated, you also need to moisturize. What type you use is again up to you, every ones skin is different.
Sunscreen. Lather up, ladies! Sun protection is major for so many reasons, skin cancer, aging spots, etc. You can find day moisturizers have an SPF in them so it’s one less step to do in the morning.
Eat your Omega-3’s! This is salmon, flaxseed and nuts. They boost collagen production, reduce inflammation and help your skin. Not just your face but your whole body! This is what give you the “glowing” look!
